I'm showing up early just for the free magnetic schedule. I have no idea why I like magnetic schedules so much, but I do.

Seems like Stuie won't play. Bummer. I hope this means he's being rested for Saprissa.

Our midfield has been ravaged by injuries to Holden, Mullan, Davis, plus Rico has this last game on suspension. Tough to really evaluate the team in the early going this season with so much of the midfield missing.

It's on TELEFUTURA in Spanish. Looks like a good atmosphere at Roberson.

Dammit, 2-1 FCD. I'm watching on Telefutura. Why did Onstad go out?

Dang, this new keeper makes me appreciate Onstad even more. Pat would not have allowed that last goal. Shoot, Zach Wells does better than that.

He collided in mid air with a player from Dallas, hit with the shoulder. He then comes down hard on his shoulder full force, stayed in for a few minutes and leaves. New guy not so good, for today at least.

Commentator Jorge Ramos is stating it well: COLD keeper, FEW practice games, easy prey for the hoops. :( Heck, even I could have stopped that one shot, at least.

The defenders know how to defend with PO on the goalposts... we're controling the game, but we're not finishing. They're winning with the counterattacks...

    VAMOS, Dynamo... VAMOS...

I thought Mullan and Davis were starters. Why are they on the bench?

They are listed as available but they are coming off injuries. Holden is not available unfortunately (I think they did mention he might be ready for Costa Rico this week), and of course this is the last game of Clark's suspension. This team needs to get healthy.

20,102 in attendance. 9th largest crowd for a Dynamo game.

Just got home after the game. Considering the status of the Orange, we were lucky to get a tie. We need all of our injured guys (and suspended ones) to come back strong. However, I think this is a testament to our bench. Cameron's goal in stoppage time was amazing.

One criticism I have is that Ching needs to control the ball better, especially in the box. He was the recipient of a lot of passes from Ashe and Caraccio and he could not hold on to the ball when he was in a good position. I also feel that without so many of our attacking players, we're stretching the field too much by passing to Ashe on the wing and hoping that he can cross it into the box. His height is often a disadvantage for this.

All in all though, great game! I was glad that +20,000 came out today and hope it's comparable at the next home game against Chivas USA.
