The x varies between 7, 8, and 9 depending on whether I have anything going on at work, how late I was up at night, and whether I feel like moving in the morning..

    x:00 - alarm goes off
x:15 - Get up and shower
x:30 - Check email and cf while I'm getting ready
x:45 - Walk out the door
x:55 - Arrive at work and sit at my desk, pretending I have stuff to do
x:58 - Pretending over...walk over to the next room where I can sit around and access cf

    You over achiever, you!

There is no way I could watch west coast games and then get up at 4:30 to go to the gym. Figure its 1am before I even get to bed most nights.

Gyms are for post workday stress relief.

Good Lord. More than 2 hours from the time you wake up to the time you actually "start" your day? That would piss me off if I had to do that. I only take 40 minutes and I still feel jipped out of my sleep time.
