Excuse my ignorance since this is my first season living in Austin, but I thought the Astros were the local team in Austin? I flipped over to FSN expecting to catch the game and I'm getting the Rangers. Do they alternate? Or am I just screwed?
Of the 162 games, you'll probably get somewhere around 130-140 of them on TV in Austin, between FSN and a couple of other random stations that change every year, it seems. Tonight's game is on FSN and ESPN2, though I'm not sure if it will blacked out on the latter.
I have Dish Network and they offer alternate channels for FSSW. Last night, the Rangers, Astros, and Rockets were all on Fox Sports at the same time and I was able to flip between all three.
What can I say, I love baseball and I've been without it for 5 months. And King Felix was pitching against the Rangers.
