Actually, I have to somewhat disagree. The iced coffee at McDonald's is hit and miss sometimes. When they make it right, it's fantastic and definitely rivals that of a high end coffee shop, ala Starbucks. One time I was hooked on it for a week straight. But, when they don't make it right and they leave out the flavoring or put too much ice in it, it does suck. So in short, you have to have it made the right way. Then again, it's fast food so....
It depends on which McDonalds you get it from I think. Since it's new I don't think they all know how to make it right yet.
Wasn't it gone for a while? Maybe I lived in the test market. It was good every time I got it... And at $1.69 it sure beats the one at Fourbucks.
If you want to try it tomorrow for free before 10:30, text "HOUSTON" to 47201 for a coupon. I think that's every game night, but I am going to try one tomorrow morning... I have never had one... I know my wife likes them, so I used her phone without permission to get a coupon back for her.
Don't do it!!!! I went to McDonalds TWICE with my text message after a rockets game and they said they didn't know what I was talking about.
Check your e-mail! I tried it once, and it was watery. I'm willing to give it another try since its so cheap.
I guess the peeps in the front desk didn't know this... give them the benefit of the doubt... there is bad management out there that doesn't communicate everything to its employees. Maybe try a different McDonald's? Thanks for that, XxShadyPinkxX. I will try it tomorrow. It willbe the cheapest at $.00 with the coupon . I drink at least ONE CUP of coffee a morning and like the Frapuccino's but only the bottled ones as a cold coffee drink. I know that with the ice, it won't compare, but I will give it a try. Damn KINGS are frustrating the heck out of me right now...
If you've got a sweet tooth like me, the Burger King Mocha Joe iced coffee is pretty good. I liked the one vanilla mcdonalds iced coffee I've had.
Got 2 of them, they're okay nothing special. The large was way bigger than I thought it'd be? Maybe the bigger it is the more watery and wrongly blended it can be.
