    This is awesome! Anyone know how much we signed him for? Certainly he'll come back again next year for his 2nd back to back championships!

    This really is a DREAM come true. Hakeem is a better option for us at this point than even Yao. As we all saw during the last part of the streak, we play better when we have a defensive presence inside. We also play better when we go to a smaller line up. Hakeem fits the team to a T and Ive heard that the years off and the frequent meditations have helped him regain his quickness. He is probably better than 3/4 of the centers in the league!!

    April's Fool?

    Dude I hope you are kidding. I almost reported you. How many minute do you think Hakeem can play per game? How many games you think he can still play? How many years he didn't play basketball? I know he's good, he's a legend, but he's 45 years old and Yao's not even 30. He's almost or he is the best center in the NBA. He's just injured. When he'll be healthy, everything's gonna be alright. If Hakeem joins us, the spirit will be there. We'll be confident and we'll play well. That's what he can give us.

    When will people learn to never trust some outlandish crazy story that breaks on April 1st? This could be true but there's a 99% chance its a joke made by some creative web guy. This is why it can't be found on ESPN. If they really were reporting it it would be on the NBA page at the very least.
