I have a better question - Why doesn't he cut his hair like it was in the last two videos?! I HATED playing any sports with long hair. Sweat soaked hair down my neck and in my face certainly bothered me so I don't know how he does it. But yea, I would like to see him slam a couple down but I guess I don't care too much as long as he keeps his productivity up.
I think he doesn't dunk because he just got here and doesn't wana make a name for himself as a cocky person. Just like a new student going to a new school. They wouldn't wanna do amazing things like flips and be a smartass in class, because that usually makes others think of you as someone who thinks you're awesome. Thats why he only dunks when he is completely open. He'll probably start dunking next year. Or in playoffs. Also, dunks can often lead to screw up, The last thing you want entering a new career is screw up. Thats why he probably lays it up just to be safe.
