Great point, bud. That's not just at Clutchfans. It's just human nature for one to disregard important information that will counter one's own argument.

Alright haters here HAVE to stop digging in concrete and start digging in mud. The criticisms are so unreal, so uncalled for, that its atrocious somebody would even bring it up.

Some of you know I have made a list on the forum's fake fan and no-proof bashers. I managed to expand it more with this thread, and I don't mind bringing it up if another hater here posts some random bs that is not justified. Like not stepping up in Boston (which is horrible to say, against the best defensive team in the league? 1 star vs 3 stars?)

Htowns_Finest, you are such a self-contradicting idiot. Seriously, why do you have to be one, why do you hide behind other basher's words? FIRST you call t-mac somebody at the same level as stephon marbury. MARBURY isn't a superstar nor a star anymore. People would take a college PG over him. Then next, you admit that t-mac is a good player. So what are you saying, t-mac is a very good player at marbury's level? That doesn't make ***** sense.

Next, you bash on someone for the amount of post they have, then later you claim that it doesn't matter after somebody who disagrees with you points out that another person who disagrees with you have more post than you do.

TeamUSA. What the hell? You start calling others g*y and insults when you're losing a debate? You dileberately took out a small part of t-macs speech, and you missed out the rest??

Lastly, if kobe was so great and had so much passion, the last time I checked he whined about wanting to be traded, and the referee's decisions.

Has t-mac done that in his years in houston? No, in fact he praised his teammates.

If you think t-mac's words are arrogant and selfish. I remember earlier this season lebron injured himself, and the cavs didn't win any games. When lebron was about to come back, he made a statement that was all over msn sports. That HE will get back at the teams, and that HE is what teams should look out for.

    Arrogance? Yes.

What is your point? Who cares if Kobe closes out games by shooting half court jumpers? You are just trying to argue with me just to argue. I know that Kobe is a jump shooter and again I ask you what is your point? That post was not directed to you but the post was for whoever asked me why I did not include Kobe in my analysis. I explained to him that I was just giving two basic examples of guys I was sure everyone here knew. And that it was no need to bring up Kobe because Kobe can always get to the basket whenever he wants. What the hell don't you get? I never said Kobe does not shoot I only stated that he can get to the hole. What don't you get?

Let's not forget that Boston lost to Philidelphia. I don't know if Boston's whole team was injured or something, but let's not overlook that. We can dwell on McGrady's comments and whether or not it looks like he's trying hard or whether he's being effective. The truth is, it doesn't matter who we play anymore for the rest of the year. We are in the playoffs, and should stay. We are only playing for a position and tie-breakers and possibly a preview of a team we may play in the first round. The season is obsolete at this point. We play too many different teams. Charlotte beat Boston twice, I believe. Charlotte's not in the playoffs. Chicago has beaten Detroit THREE times (probably better than any other team vs Detroit this year). Chicago is fighting to move from 9th spot to 8th in the weast (weak + east). My point is it's all about our matchups in the first round. This game is a game of matchups and which team is gonna have players that will be the most effective at each position. That simple. Look at the goldenstate upset of Dallas. That was matchups. GS lost the next round, I believe, to a team that matched up better in them in UTAH. Touche'.

Awesome, yet another person who talks about the rankings and posts.

George Bush is president, but is he the smartest and wisest?

Can we lock this up please?
I'm sick of seeing fans be such wussies.

They tell T-mac to suck it up, well then you guys should do the same.
You guys tell him to keep his mouth shut. Why aren't you guys doing it?

You can't accuse someone of something if you're performing it yourself. Don't be hypocrites, watch and enjoy the game, hate the other teams. Be constructive when it comes to losing, there isn't a need to bash another player. Even MJ's Bulls lost 10 games in their championship years. The best teams don't stay undefeated, and the worse teams don't stay defeated.

There comes a time when we fans need to learn from other fans. Like warriors. Support your team all the way, even when you're losing. Support your players because they are what made the team.

Without T-mac right now, rockets are screwed.

How is that contradicting myself because I think Tracy, Stephon, Alonzo, and Shawn Kemp are all JUST GOOD players. Seems to me that you are the real idiot. People on this damn BBS need to just chill and take a laxative or something. I'm not comparing Tracy and Stephon right now ASS I was comparing their body of work. Do you lack proper comprehension skill? Are you repeating the 4th grade for 20th time again? Must everything I type be on a first grade level for people to understand? What has T-MAC done that was so damn great anyway? Is he paying you to defend him? Is Tracy your best friend? Does the truth hurt? Like I said before T-MAC is a good player but the Orlando Magic McGrady was an ELITE PLAYER. Guess what he aint the same player no more. But you want the whole world to be black and white and want everyone to think the same is that right? So you can proof that the world is flat? I'm not asking you to agree with me and I don't give a rat's ass if you even like me. You don't know me and I don't know you buddy and lets keep it that way. But when you starting calling me names then it's starting to get personal. Get a freaking life loser.

Please get off T-MAC's nutts. What is the point of a BBS if people can state their opinions. I'm glad that Clutch is over this BBS and not your r****ded ass.

Tmac is the only reason why the Rockets are in the situation they are in right now, 2nd best rec in the West. No T-mac, no playoffs.

Like I read in the above post

    23 11 9....WIN.. keep imposing!!!!

ima be straight up.. i think tmac is trying to pad his stats so that he can get consideration for mvp. he sees that this team is near the top of the west and if he gets good stats he will get good consideration. I mean imo its good and bad. its good bc it motivates him to play better fight for more rebounds and stuff like that but i think if he is doing it for mvp considerations its sort of selfish. I dont doubt tmac's talent but lets be real the guy is sort of selfish. DOes he not like to take all the credit? when somebody else is doing good and everybody is cheering them where is tmac? walking to the other end or on the bench with twelve towls around his body with his bady taking up two seats looking unimpressed.. am i not right?

no, you could not be further from the truth. If winning ballgames (22 straight at one point) by playing hard, playing hurt, and not losing confidence in himself; is what you call 'stat padding'... then i'll take it. tmac is the leader of this team, he is 'the man' so to say. in other words, this is HIS team (not in the literal sense). geez, i could go on and on in regards to your post. do you watch the rockets? how can you call tmac 'selfish' for willing his team to win??? that just makes no sense to me. we would be pitiful without him.

    Its one thing to say:

"T-Mac shouldn't have taken that 3 pointer in transition. It wasnt needed, and the team would have been better served setting something up."

    Its another thing to say:

"T-Mac &#$%#$ING sucks, always chucking those #$&^#^#ING 3's with 20 seconds left on the shot clock. #$&*%$&#IT!!"

    It's one thing to say:

"Did T-Mac really say he imposed his will on the game in the 4th quarter?? After having a very poor first 3 periods of play?? I thought he was beyond that. He really should try and get a grip on what comes out of his mouth. Sometimes it really sounds ridiculous...."

    Something else to say:

"#&^#&^$ING T-Mac always blowing his pie hole after a #*%&$^& crappy performance with a decent 4th quarter. Did you see that #(*$&#&$ING 3 pointer he took in transition?? #$&$^$IT that could have cost the Rockets the game!!"

And sorry, for alot of people on here, there may be a point trying to be made, but it gets lost in the venemous hatred and out of context quote twisting.

Not always what you say, but how you say it.

bbjai let it go. you can't beat a double standard (or selective hearing/reading/memory) with logic. ;)

Kobe's 11-33 will always be "trying to carry his team" and T-Mac's 11-33 will always be "wow he sucked he lost us the game" in some Rockets fan's eyes. It's the nature of fans to look down upon their team and look up to others because they care for their team so much, they just want the team to play well, but sometimes it gets ridiculous. We ARE playing well I don't see what's the complaining about we are second in the West and we just lost a damn good player for the season.

T-Mac's near-triple-doubles are for padding his stats...right. Duh!

That's why he's averaging the lowest point total in like 6 years for him, because he pads his stats...He's so selfish in fact that he claims Yao Ming is the best player on the team...

Seriously. Isn't that bad for him to say that? Isnt' he becoming complacent and admitting someone's better than him?
