    Burnet, Lamar, and Riverside are just one long strip center - I don't count that cuz I can't tell where one ends and the next begins. You can practically drive the length of Riverside without actually driving ON Riverside. :D

    Wrong, dillweed. I didn't say anything about my stuff not stinking. I just said it doesn't stink as much as Houston.

    RM95 and sabirk are right, Austin does have its fair share. I just don't happen to live near any of it.

    Don't know that one, but I'm thinking more of the places that usually run by Asians, that sell both tacos and donuts. They never seem to have any business, yet they never close..

    TCEM, these places really do exist. I don't know if they are all run by Asians, but they are in a lot of strip centers and they sell donuts and tacos.

    I'll get to the bottom of this with or without your help!

    banks and gas stations are a popular choice too.

    please... i know you absolutely adore suburbia, but even those "extremely nice ones" turn to **** in 5-10 years. yeah they're convenient, but do nothing for the surrounding community outside of that. when the nice tenants start bailing, you will too, and that "extremely nice one" you loved so much a few years ago wont even be a blip on your radar. but it will be cool, because another "extremely nice one" will open up just a few miles further away from that one in a few years and blah blah blah.

    When you look at the Asians, the Asian is very gifted in creation, creativity and inventions. If you go to Japan or any Asian country, they can turn a television into a watch. They're very creative.
