The team will be a tough out even without Yao and please stop with the we need Yao stuff. He is not coming back till next season. We should support the team as is and go from there.

How can one win a game when the opposing team is 38 out of 40 from the free throw line. I doubt it has ever been done.

WOW... the fact that ANTISONIC has just given props to Mcgrady in this game indicates just how hard he played tonight.

THis is like the equivalent of Osama giving props to America or Jenny Craig giving props to Mcdonalds and Jack in the box.

"Loser" Head lost this game for us, again.

How come he could stay on the roster while we sent so many good players away is always beyond me.

If we all keep saying we miss Yao everytime we lose or everytime we are down by a lot maybe he will read the forums and come to the rescue?

Amare 20 for 20 at the ft line. That was the difference.

One mor thing to add. I agree, he had horrible games against Lakers, Boston and Hornets. That's right. But than he bounced back pretty well, didn't he?

    at Warriors : 28/8/8
    at Suns : 30/8/9

    IS THAT BAD?

We are off to a good start with this last draft. We need another good draft and need to trade for 3rd star next year. Either M. Miller, A. Miller, or someone else. We are on the verge of a dynasty if we can find a PG and another shooter.

Rafer and Luther....what is wrong with these dudes? Are they just simply overmatched? *sigh* And why did Adelman not keep Bobby Jackson in the game?

It was a good game, and the guys put out a great fight. Got to pay my respect to the team.

Houston will win next game vs Phoenix no way Amare and Shaq going to be this good at the FT line.

If Houston run the P&R in every possession they will got Amare and Shaq to foul out or be in foul trouble and play little minutes all night. Suns defense is just pathetic.

We need to trade Head, Hayes, and Alston while we still can. Rafer will only go down from here.

How the hell did Shaq get such great position on Mutumbo. Why didn't we try putting Landry/Chuck/Scola out there and front Shaq like everyone does to Yao. Seems pretty damn effective to me.

Overall i'm not dissapointed with the loss. 5 games in 6 days... yeah thats brutal alright. 2 run and gun teams night after night? And we win one, and only lose by 9 on the other(By having them shooting 40 FT's at 95%??), can't complain. Rockets good effort. We'll take care of the Suns at home next time around. Hopefully Les remembers to pay the refs a little somethin' somethin' ;) .

I agree about Rafer. Bobby's been phenomenal. He is hitting 3s, making plays. He is just great. But why Adelman didn't use him in the final period I don't know. But right now I'd even take Brooks over Rafer.

I was wondering that too, why not front Shaq? He doesn't have the ups anymore to flush the lob consistently.

Also, it creates an opportunity for whomever Shaq is guarding to pull him out of the lane......and open up that middle.

It's almost impossible to guard the big two without yao inside. We better not play them in POs.

Agree, it should've been Head + James for BJ, not Bonzi + James for BJ.

Bonzi is a baller, while Head is just a 1D 3-point shooter.
