On the other hand, if Landry comes back Friday, the Rox beat GS and then Bos beats NOH on Saturday, then the Rox would be atop the division again, would have a 4 game lead in the loss column against GW and everybody will feel good again.

To be frank, a tiny better than Mike James!

Rocket just start to pay the price of trading Bonzi, a fact that I pointed out right after the stupid trade. Yao an TMac, Bonzi are the only three playes who can create oppotunity for himself and fight one-to-one.

    Can not agree more!
Add: Adelman did not either! Back to the stupid rotation styles in early season.

hmm good game to show us where we are at. I didn't see much energy from anyone but scola, but hopefully the guys won't take it too hard and will pull together for GS. GS is a tough tough matchup for us and the guys know that, maybe we can pull out a win to increase our confidence, which looks like we've lost. we do miss landry too! guys needs to have faith in each other on offense the same way we do on defense.

BMoney, you read my mind. I didnt watch the game. ut from the box score, I can tell Aldeman's bag of tricks ran empty by the 4th quarter. He probably looked really deep in the bench and told himself, "Oops, that's all Folks!". It is hard to fault anyone now.

One thing for sure once Landry is back, you will see a different team. Who knows? Loren Woods may be another (good, hopefully) surprise.

Dude, you really need to calm down a bit. We have just lost a game and you reacted like your girlfriend has just dumped you. You really need to go out sometimes to find out there is still life outside of basketball. An anger management class may also do good for your health.

    adelman's diagnosis -

"It's just two games since we won 22 in a row, so I'm not going to panic at this point," coach Rick Adelman said. "But I am disturbed that we lost two in a row and that not only have the other teams played pretty well, but we've really hit a wall and not had any answers at all.

"We couldn't do anything offensively in the second half at all. I just think we're not really getting any movement at all. We're not getting rid of the ball quick enough when they double it."

Well, no matter what has magically happened during the streak, this team goes if T-Mac goes - I mean night in night out. Landry might provide a spark or two but if T-Mac continues his slump, we'll lose to good teams. It looks like he's really tired and needs some serious rest.

Yes, I think RA should had our bench played in the game for starters especially T Mac to have rest.
RA was too conservative in rotation in this game.

But man we have won 22 in a row. It takes some energy out of you. It is not an excuse, it is truth, a real problem.

Well actually Adelman likes using bench players a lot but right last several games he has used starters too much. But on the other hand when thegame is close you wanna have T-Mac and Rafer on the court cause you wanna win - especially in the West.

The other thing is that our schedule is so brutal, 2 back2back in a row against great teams.

    very good first quarter
    Average 2nd
    Bad Third
    Very Bad f4th

Is the because of the back2back?

Well I dont think so cuz we were as horrible as yesterday on offense.
T-Mac will have to do something, he needs to find way to score. How could Peja stops, the other game Vlad. Aldelman will also have to do something with his offense.
Landry s injury is killing me right now.

Point is still clear, that's his only double digit game since being traded to the Hornets...which perfectly exemplifies his time in Houston...his mediocre games or DNPs far outweighed his great games. Bonzi not being here isn't gonna make or break this team.

Our starters looked so gassed in the 4th quarter. It really baffled me as to why RA waited so long to put in Head, Brooks, and Novak (and all at the same time, no less). Too many minutes for T-Mac. Oh well. Life goes on as a Rox fan. :) I'm glad they'll be able to rest for a day.
