Allen Iverson never had to deal with the pressure of a 22 game win streak.

These guys are only human...still this is the time of year when EVERYONE is hurting, and what separates the winners and loser, the good players and the great ones, is whether you can play through the pain. Let's hope TMac and the rest of the team can, cause there really is no time to rest.

I have never seen so much whining and b****ing by the fans of any team after an amazing 22-2 run in professional sports. You people have never failed to amaze me. Jump off the bandwagon now please. We need the space.

I know the team was tired and all, but why didn't adelman insert some fresh legs in there?

I actually used to be a tracy hater but he showed a lot of heart and determination over the last month and he took responsibility for his actions when he said he sucked. Tracy is very tired from carrying the team through the winning streak. You probably wasn't saying none of this 24 games ago

The last two games have looked like a complete return to pre-streak status including coaching (substitution patterns, etc). Remember December? Remember when Rafer was shooting 30%? Remember when TMac was shooting 30%. Remember when Scola couldn't make a lay up? Remember when Hayes was a starter and played big minutes? Not fond memories. Please Rockets, recover the magic, don't turn into a pumpkin. If you think about, these trends were returning before the Celtics. Both the Hawk's and the Bobcat's games were especially difficult because of poor offensive execution. The Rockets got up for the Lakers and then collapsed.

I don't know which is worse... the loss or the crap I have to read here after the loss.

"The sky is falling! We're doomed!! Trade McGrady! Trade Hayes! TRADE SOMEBODY!!!!"

Really, people... we're at the top of the Western Conference after doing the impossible. A letdown is the most natural thing in the world. They are exhausted. They're playing very, very good teams. Go have sex with your wife, go have sex with your girlfriend, go have sex with your boyfriend. Go have sex with all three, if that's what floats your boat, but spare us the melodrama!

Teams realize that we have nightmares having 4th quarter collapses...all they need to do is to make us drought the first 5 min. and we will scare the **** out of our own selves for the rest of the quarter. this is exactly what happened before the streak and last 2 games. but it seems like we are scaring ourselves off in the first few min. of 3quarter! if we continue to crash like this...teams will know they only need to play the first 5min. in the second half and we will drought the rest of the way thru...

we did not lose only because of mcgrady, we lost because nobody could make a shot, including layups, so the hornets did not pay for doubling tmac.

FREETHROWS! FREETHROWS! WE TALKING BOUT FREE THROWS?!

Hell yes Rox, in fact if the whole team would just take their collective arses to the gym tomorrow, preferably one with a lot of basketball goals, and shoot free throws I would be excited. There is no excuse to be one of the worst free throw shooting teams in the a "professional" league. Damnright ridiculous!

the rockets should read some of these posts....how 1/2 of their fan base is ready to dump them after returning to reality for a couple of days. that ought to inspire them.
