Man, I'm really liking his dunk-it-as-hard-as-I-can-every-chance-I-get attitude Yao has this year. Even with the flu last couple games he was throwing it down almost every single time he was close to the basket.
I really like Yao's staredown on KG after that dunk he stuffed in KG's throat. Great posterization! I also laugh at the fact KG tried to save face and turn away and ran. Too late fool! You just got dunked on and everyone saw it!
c'mon, man. it's just a dunk. why does a dunk deserve a separate thread? it's not like yao dunks the ball once a year or some. and unless my eyes are cheating me, where the hell is that big "staredown" by yao?
Yao's defense is bothering me. I noticed in the video above that whenever he tries to block a shot, he only uses his right hand. Why doesn't he jump with both hands up in the air? You would think that with his height, raising BOTH hands would double the area of blockage in the eyes of a jump shooter.
I am not making fun of you but if you ever were coached in basketball they teach you you can reach much farther with one hand than with two. Yo use two hands as a distraction but to block you reach with one.
Wow awesome facial on KG! 1st time I have seen KG get dunked on by a big man mano to mano. THAT WAS A YAAAAAOOOZA!
Agreed, with one ">" instead of 2. Yao's was the better in-the-moment dunk cuz they were making a big rally. Bonzi's was nastier
Maybe you're blind. There is a staredown. I also see KG's sissy azz turned away and ran just to avoid humiliation. What a wuss! He still got dunked on.
no one blocks shots by jumping up with both hands. you can probably count the number of blocked shots with two hands in the entire history of the NBA with only two hands.
I did recall Yao forced two center of Boston fouled out earlier 4th quarter... with Roy Allen in the team
