It may be a stupid question, but does anyone know where and when to get a new Sports Illustrated each week without a subscription?

I remember looking for one after Bonds hit his record breaking HR and could never find one.

Any and all info is greatly appreciated.

    anywhere that sells a magazine.

grocery stores, BN, or any other book retailer.

SI is one of those common magazines, so it should be readily available.

I think it comes out every tuesday? Might be wrong.

Like I said, it was weird. I looked a couple of times at Borders and once at Fry's and never saw one copy.

Like you said, maybe they came out on a Tuesday and I missed them later in the week.

No way...ask the retailers if they don't have it on shelves.

You can also cash in frequent flyer miles to get a subscription.

Honestly, every Houstonian should cancel their subscription. Their last issue had Brett Favre on the cover during our streak, along with a 4 page article on how hot the Lakers were. There was nary a mention of the Rockets. Yet, I'm willing to bet money that the next issue will talk about the Celtics beating our team. (It would have been the Lakers, otherwise.)

Get rid of this publication period.

First and only step in procuring this great Sports Illustrated magazine is to leave your house.
