DUKE read these rumors in ESPN, most are not very good. I mean let be serious. They say Danny Fordson is going to the Lakers Bucks, Pistons, NIcks, and Sonics. THAT CANNOT HAPPEN, you know why!?? Huh? Right. ONE MAN CANNOT PLAY FOR FIVE TEAMS!!!! Believe me, I know that much. But here are the rumors DUKE reads: 1) Rockets are not listed here anyway. Stupid Rudy, MAKE A TRADE!!! 2) Trucker Traylor is open, we could get him !! 3) Stacy McGracy is on the bock, let's git him!! 6) Glen Rice. 7) SEE!?!?!?!?!? DUKE!
Something about the flow of your topics tell me that you are indeed NOT the original Duke of Truth. ....just a feeling.
My favorite title for LHutz was: "Village Idiot" The first time I saw that I couldn't compose myself. I think I scared all of my fellow office workers. If this is the same Hutz, he's still just as funny, but his spelling has gotten better. ------------------ Proud Cheerleader 'til we move to New Orleans 302
Spacecity, I was thinking the exact same thing. The new LHutz certainly isn't nearly as funny. Besides, even if this is the original LHutz, I don't understand why all are welcoming him back with open arms. Wasn't this the same character who was once banned from the site under the member name, "abovedarim"? Wasn't this the same character who, after being banned under the username LHutz, emailed Clutch and crew with correct grammar and spelling begging to be allowed back. I'm not amused, and I don't understand why so many of you are. I'm with Dreamshake on this one. [This message has been edited by thacabbage (edited February 21, 2000).]
LHutz doesn't do a whole lot for me. I think the new better-spelling version is less funny this go round. Although I don't know 'why' abovedarim was banned in the first place, most punishments on the average rarely carry a life sentence. You all know the whole "cast the first stone" thing. So, if the Admins feel LHutz/abovedarim has paid his debt to society, then I have no problem with him being here. ------------------ I have a dream.........his name's Hakeem.
I don't care...there are far worse things than LHUTZ. witness all the espn-style title threads with all their !!!!!!!!!!1 and ?????????? and UPPER CASE please read me because this is the only way I can get attention. Man...forget LHUTZ being a problem here. For all fun people with an edge, please see my thread in feedback: To all sarcastic souls
I think that the divorce that Hutz went through took some starch out of the old fellow. Not as biting as he was previously. But, after you post something like "Almooo is a hypocrit!" there isn't much of a follow up act that you can do with that. That was certainly the peak. Its been downhill after that. Hutz has to revamp himself and lay the smack down. As for the trade rumors, I don't think we are going to do much.
JVoss -- hilarious you remember that also ... one of my favorite LHutz lines, aside from "Huh? Right!", is he was the self proclaimed president of the "Get Riddy of Ruddy" group/society. Couple friends and I at work ALWAYS laughed about that one... truly classic.
I can't bear it. The name of the thread was "Almu you are a hypocrit!" And Almu himself has already forgotten it. How quickly the legends fade. I bet you guys can't name the 10 amendments in the Bill of Rights, either. No fair looking it up.
Will, No way I have forgotten that post! The new guys here have to one day read that. If Clutch or any of the guys here ever decides to write a book, they can write a couple of chapters on that thread alone. I mean,(laughing already)I can't remember the exact details. But the argument between Clutch, Will, myself, I think SpaceCity and IROC it...just was classic material. You couldn't make this up. Get Riddy Ruddy. Bandwagon hop-like nutty!!! LOL!! LOL!!! What about the first time we saw his webpage???!! That shiznet was funny! I still laugh at that crap. It was too funny. Never been duplicated. Never will be. ------------------ Live Rocketball.
