So...What's the plan...Wizards? Cool River? I agree we should have a section/spot of our own, the problem is, with the Mavs playing, we'll be lucky to here any of the game...

I just talked to them and they said they'd be showing the game sans audio But on the brightside, the Mavs game will be sans audio as well
EWWW! That place seems uppity. I am not uppity. I personally vote against Cool River. Lets find a sports bar type place that will allow us to actually LISTEN to the game.

If Las Colinas is your story, I'm probalby out...However, I would suggest Champs nearby off of 114/MacArthur...They'll probably have the game sans audio, but I would bet money the Mavs audio will work...I need to have audio...

Cool River is okay. I used to work across the street, but I nver liked going there for happy hour or anything. If you want to keep it in the middle of the metroplex Champs in Irving is a much better sportsbar. Only downside to Champs is that their drinks can be a little pricey. The Original suggestion of Wizards is a good one. Wizards is a good sports bar and if you call ahead of time and letting them know you are coming with a group they will typically reserve at least one Tv for you.

Hey guys, in the past at Wizards when we have watched Rockets games, they would give us one TV off to the side for us to watch. Were you able to get a hold of anyone, LAYGO? So who's going to be at Wizards? So far it's LAYGO, me, rrj_jamz, Mad-Mac+1, DFWRockets+2, and desihooper?
Still unable to get in touch with them. I can get there early enough to possibly get a section for us.
Now its just +1...the wife ain't gonna be there. Prolly for better anyway..don't want to spoil anybody's leering at the waitstaff. I'm off the boards until tonight. We'll be there by 8pm.
LAYGO, I was able to get a hold of some chick at Wizards. They said for Mavs games, they are usually not busy. They have 3 big screen TVs....must of made some moolah since the last time I was there. I went ahead and reserved a table anyways for 8. So I guess everyone get there by 8...8:15p?
