    Reeks of hate...?

All he is saying is true. The Rockets will miss Yao in the playoffs dearly.

Except for that last paragraph where he makes fun of tmac's injuries.

I always find it interesting how when Yao was healthy he was "soft and not the best center in the league." Now that he is out, its like he was the greatest player of all time.

tell me in today's league that ONE player will NOT struggle once in a 7 game series?

lebron had 4-5 subpar games last yr in the playoffs, most notable game 6 v. the pistons and STILL WON.

tmac will struggle prollie for one game, but we have a team.

    My favorite quote is

What a moron. If we manage to win 30 we would have beat BOS and NO on a back to back and GS and Phoenix on a back to back. Also the Spurs.

In all reality hes doing what everyone else is doing now, admitting he was wrong about the team dropping out when Yao went down, then quoting other people so he cant look like a j@ck@$$ again. More often than not now, i read an article and wonder why it was even written, they just repeat the same thing the guy before him said, hardly anyone is putting real insight into their articles, most of them just make it extremely apparent that they havent watched a game besides the lakers game.

i know it's weird. yao was not regarded this high (and what a bunch of fools for not putting yao this high BEFORE the injury) and now suddenly he's the guy houston can't live without.

yes we'll miss him in the playoffs. who wouldn't? would the lakers advance if paul gasol remains injured? NO

Now Yao becomes the best center by not playing. Amusing.

The media have their "I told you so" articles are ready to print after the Celtics game. Hopefully the Rockets dig deep and prove them wrong again.

Another dumb ass says "I was right and I'll be right."

Does he not know how Adelman's Kings played when Chris Webber was out with microfracture surgery?

They're playing the odds and don't give a crap about losing. They have no face, nor are they accountable to anyone. I bet if they had to put they're own money on the line we'd see a more positive tone. I take that back, they've been unaccountable for so long they're never get it right.

I thought it was a good article. He provided opinions from various NBA insiders. The Rockets aren't going to be favored to win in the playoffs without Yao -- a perfectly legitimate opinion.

Respect/admiration for our effort, but low expectations is a good thing for us. It's a win-win situation.

Good... let them continue this mindset.

This team is good enough to sneak up on all those people within the league that "think its great but they still can't win in the playoffs".

Beware the underrated, because winners don't quit just because you think they should.

I am sure they already have the Celtics winning in the sports section like they did the Lakers.

I like how everybody already prepares their excuses if they lose to us yet they say there is no way we can keep this up.

i am just going to hate hearing all these assclowns scream from the mountain top "I told you so.." when they finally lose. The national media is salavating for the Rockets to lose and place the Lackers back on top.
