Getting rid of rats? [pest control]

Those things are relentless. I use to live in this rat infested house in Austin when I was going to school. I swear, I killed at least 20 or so of these huge rats and they would never stop coming into the house. Finally, one night I heard them scratching in the attic (which was attached to my room), so I got up to turn the light on and bang on the wall. This huge ****ing rat falls down the stairs and right next to my foot. I flipped out and moved out of that **** hole the very next day, 2 months before my lease was over. I cant stand those ****ing things and I wanna burn that house down everytime I go to Austin.

 

What a bad story.
