I arrived in London Saturday morning from Houston. So I stay up at the hotel till about 4 in the morning cause I'm not tired at all and I was watching some NBA.

    and the next day...

I wake up at 6:00pm. WTF, I slept 14 hours. Please tell me this is jetlag cause I just missed out on a whole day.

    Yeah. You're lagged.

If its 4pm and you're tired, stay up as late as you can manage. Doing something helps....going somewhere, seeing some sites that are relatively close, that sort of thing.

Where in London are you staying? (As in, what's near: sites, squares/plazas; not the hotel.) That might help give some ideas on what to do if you don't know already.

When you do go to sleep, make sure and set all of the alarms at your disposal: cell phone, clock radio, wake-up calls, and FORCE yourself to get up.

If you have to be awake for 24 hours to accomplish the above, so be it.

Getting drunk helps with the sleep, too.
