That was stupid and unnecessary. I did like how Rafer toyed around him though.

If I used to be a street player and I just dropped 31 against the Lakers, I'd showboat it. That first step anticipation and 360 was sick

    THAT WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

And those of you calling it showboating need to understand that is the way he got to legendary status and given that Rafer had a career game today in the win it was a very FITTING WAY TO END THE GAME especially when the fans got into it. Everybody knows RAFER IS THE AND 1 LEGEND, so on his best game as a pro he was showing what got him to that level.

I SAW NOTHING WRONG WITH IT.

TNT weighs in on the Rockets streak. You can see it on NBA.com in their videos section.

Magic talks about how we only play well when either Tmac or Yao is out, and that Mutombo brings something Yao doesnt, shot-blocking.

Kenny says we're a playoff team but not a contender.

Barkley says what we're doing is remarkable. He says Mutombo has been remarkable, and the funniest thing he says is "critics say they've only beat 8 teams with winning records, but winning that many games is incredible"

Gee Barkley werent YOU one of the critics saying "we didnt play anybody?" Flip flop much? :D

i agree with kenny unless someone signifcant gets injured on the spurs, lakers,Jazz, mavs we are nt contenders.I had high hopes too for this season until yao got injured.Next year if laundry comes back and everyone stays healthy we are winning in chip.Mark my words.

NBA.com called the rockets the "Best in the West". Next game is against the best in the East, I expect no less than a Win. Go Rockets!

but with the right matchups, u just never know. say if we get the #1 seed and the lakers/spurs get #2, we're not going to face those teams until the WCF.

i feel we match up well w/ dallas (they have no inside presence) and utah (boozer is not a problem if we have hayes on him a lot).

just like phoenix when they didn't have amare. they beat the lakers AND clippers (c'mon let's be real) and got to the WCF.

with the right matchups, you never know. but that's a lot of IFs.

Eh I dont think thats really flip floping, didnt barkley say that when the winning streak was like at 12-13 and now its at 22 he is saying that its incredible. He didnt believe but now he is beginning to believe.

Barkley is one of the 50 greatest players ever. I'll give him some leeway(sp?)
