If you didn't know, 48 minutes hurts alot.

Takeoff, we would just like him to be a little more assertive.

Exactly - just win the next three quarters. I not care if one of the Lakers is the high scorer of the game. I just want to win.

This is the reason Tmac would not make it thru the 1st round. I mean look at him...he's deferring to Rafer to take over the last shot of the 1st quarter. What the he...Wwhere is the competitiveness and hunger?? His desires is clearly not there...that is why people criticize him for this...not for his talents...but his competitiveness nature. It's just not there as you can see for this first quarter of the game. The biggest game of the season and yet he's not stepping it up?? What makes you think he will in the Playoffs. This is what separate Tmac from some of the stars like Kobe. They're willing to play at their best when the spotlight is on.

I don't have a problem with how T-Mac is playing. He's pacing himself. It's unrealistic to depend on him to go all-out 48 minutes evey game just to give us a chance to win. Others have to step up, and Alston's that guy so far.

Im noticing a pattern in these last games with T-Mac. He passes a LOT in the 1st quarter and 2nd. If the shots are falling, he continues to pass. Then regardless of what happens, he turns it on 3rd and 4th quarters where we have left teams in the dust (Dallas, New Jersey, Bobcats). We'll be fine.

I am not dissing TMac unlike people like Durvasa and others, I just think he is nervous and trying too hard to get his teammates involved.
