looks like hes going to help out the hornets come playoff time...I know everyone has fallen in love with mike harris...but come own...he cant hold bonzi's jockstrap...bonzi makes smart reads and passes well and he can really get up....mike harris is nothing more than a filler...bonzi is a player and dont get me started on dopey the dwarf we traded bonzi for

keep in mind that the major part of the deal is them taking on mike james contract. this is often overlooked as part of the deal when people complain about this trade.

What's the score? Bonzi is getting better scoring opportunities because Chris Paul is so good distributing the ball. But he remains a lazy, unfocused defender.

Bonzi is a good player, and New Orleans might have got the best of that deal this year, but we will love having Bobbys contract next year...

I would rather have Bobby J right now then Bonzi...we needed a veteran backup PG and we can fill bonzi's role easily

Of course you would hate the Bonzi trade, I mean, look at your moniker.

And Mike Harris is actually a nice replacement for Bonzi. And he can actually hit his free throws.

I'm glad you're not the GM.

Mike James is back to collecting DNPs. Dude has a few more years on sizeable contract. Trading Bonzi to dump James's contract was too good to pass up.

Trading Bonzi and Mike James was addition by subtraction.

Bonzi is inconsistent... so it wouldn't suprise me if he had a few stellar games for New Orleans (although I haven't heard him do jack **** since he went over there).

But, there's not one single aspect of the trade that hurts the Rockets... not now nor in the future.

I saw that the second the trade was rumored... and it was just the short-sightedness of this bbs that prevented it from being a huge consensous "win" of a trade (like it is now).

Bobby knows the system, can spell Rafer when he's not finding his shot, and as seen today... can play WITH Rafer and help run the offense in the 4th quarter while the teams press up against the team and T-mac.

And for the future, they now have more flexibility cap-wise, and another blue-chip trade prospect if they need it next year.

Dopey the Dwarf had like 19 pts in like 17-19 mins of action against the Lakers. Miss Bonzi no need to make fun of Bobby.

Mike Harris has just started his NBA career. If Bonzi wasn't more effective in the short term then I'd be shocked...
