He did have an MRI but I don't know what were the results. If he is hurting I'm assuming he will be out for the next few games, maybe throughout the entire "hell week".
Its ok. (I HOPE) I think Harris is like a "bootleg" Landry. Mabybe we can get by with that for a few more games. I don't wanna hear them complain. My buddy is a lakers fan and I told him Id gladly give them Gasol and Bynum back if we could have Yao and Landry. He got quiet then.
I know we are blowing this out of preportion but im starting to hate keith jones and the entire staff...I understand injuries are a part of the game but this crap is getting comical...when I was in barcelona last semester 6 barcelona players were injured with cramps and muscle pulls...The medical staff started to get some major heat from fans... I wish we had that type of pull, were we could just show up and protest the organizations decisions.... This happens alll the time were im from in brasil...WE WANT THE ****ING TRUTH
It's not just Keith Jones. I think there is something in the water in Houston because the Texans have just as many injuries every year.
Man, Rockets medical stuffs su*ks!!!! T-mac, Yao and now Landry. Is there any way that we change our medical stuffs and get a better one.
i'm glad landry's knee doesn't swell up for no reason. the reason quoted is a bruise - meaning he had a collision of some sort. if it just swelled up "for no reason" i'd be worrried because that would be a structural concern, i.e. perhaps the reason his knee went out in the first place in college.
I dont think its the Rockets medical staffs fault for any sort of injuries that have happend...some of the things they just can't help such as Landry running into someone elses knee? Come on It is ridiculous to blame them for any of the injuries that have occured..
No, it s not. Look at the T-Mac situation in the beginning of the season. It took them like 1 week to know what was the real problem. They kept telling people that he would comeback in 1 or 2 games and then, suddently, they said that he will miss 2 weeks. I am sure that Yao s injury was their problem. I just hope that the same thing dont happen to Landry.
i pray to god carl landry will be 100% healthy whenever he returns. that's all i'm hoping for right now. we need him healthy for the playoffs. please carl, do not rush to get back. take care of your body. but i don't have much confidence in the rockets' medical staff AT ALL.
It could be an after effect of his surgery from college. Basically, the ligament that was replaced can become lose and cause the swelling that he's been having. If that's the case, he'd have to have surgery again to tighten it up.
I just hope its not a season ending injury...I dislike how the Rockets medical staff announced it as 'day to day' initially though. It's obviously a more serious injury than that.
It sure is frustrating the way they keep telling you inaccurate information regarding injury and keep delaying the return of injured players. Just tell it as is!!
