Lame attempt. Our style of play, our defense, and our energy hasn't changed since he has been out. The Yao thread focuses on those measurables, not wins and losses.

You could have just posted this in the "Who thinks this team is better w/o Yao?" thread, IMO.

 

Stop crying and making lame posts. If a guy like TMac who has actually PROVEN to be able to carry the team without Yao gets criticized and consistently been asked to be traded (especially by Y O Fs), it shouldn't surprise anyone that Yao can get unfairly criticized too. Thats the life of being a superstar and for making the max money.

 

Measurables? How do you measure energy and style of play? Sorry, but your post was just as unfounded as this one. Too bad you were being serious, and he's being facetious.

 

These "who think this team is better w/o injuried player" is getting annoying now.

Why don't we just be fans of the team regardless of who is in or who is out? Just keep on supporting the team and the injuried player, can we?

 

Rockets are better w/o players. we'll just have Clutch the bear run around with the Rocket logo and bamboozle the opposition into making baskets for us ... end the season with a perfect record.

player personnel are overrated.

We should lock the "better with/out yao" thread. It gets disgusting every time I saw that thread pumped up. Accept it or not, Yao is the Franchise player of Rox. We have so many so call ROX fans that just a FAN of one player, not the team. It is stupid to prove if we are better with or with/out a single player.

 

I think we need Zan Tabak to push us over the Playoff hump!

 

this thread is stupid...landry is a rookie with limited minutes that produces well, who makes close to nothing and is by far the gem in the second round....yao is an an over hyped center who is glorified like hes shaq or hakeem...I know the rockets would never trade yao...but it sure would be nice to see what tmac can do with dwight howard, chris paul, kg...or anyone else yao can yield

 

This team is better without Juwan Howard.

You are dumb if you think the thread starter really tries to compare Yao with Carl Landry. He is using this thread to show how stupid all those "who thinks this team is better w/o whoever" threads are. Yes, the attempt is lame.
