I love this.... Losing Yao was like losing Apollo. We'll miss him but it made this team more determined. Tmac is probably running up a mountain in Siberia and chopping down forests/ doing upside down situps in an old log cabin while Adelman yells at him.

i don't know. Not to dismiss your idear, but ever since SamFisher's monocle thread, I can only think of Hogan's Heroes and Dr Strangelove.
As much as I dislike SamFisher, the Monocle was brilliant. That said, I, personally prefer the "Rocky" analogy to this team. And here's a nice diddy to all the lakers...
