    I have received the following raise increases over the last three years:

    Year 1 10.3%
    Year 2 12.5% (promotion)
    Year 3 11.1%

    I have been blessed to work for such a good company.

    well after your "3 month" probation period you get a raise... about 5% average...

    then on your first 6 month review you are eligible for up to a 43% raise.

    each 6 months after that you can recieve a max of 20%!


    I love my job!

    Plus they pay 100% Tuition after your 3 months.. :eek: :eek: :eek:

    33% when I changed jobs in August. (No joke - I was amazed)
    Another 4% last week.

    Most people can get at LEAST 15% when they change jobs. Market prices for salaries are almost always higher than what you are making. Usually, the longer you are in a certain position, the further behind you fall.

    40% last November...but I became a consultant. Busier, but happier.

    No situation where you work for somebody else is ever going to be perfect...you just have to find the situation that works best for you. :)

    35% of clutchfans reiceved over 6% increase while spending most of their time on this website???? That's not fair. :)
