I know the Romans were racist against everybody who wasn't Roman. Same with the Egyptians, the Nubians, the Greeks, and the Hittites. I think between about 0 AD-1800+ AD I would label just about every country in the world as racist against every other peoples. I'm sure even William Wilberforce, who abolished the slave trade in England, had some racist views. He was a product of his era.

I know enough British who are racist against Muslims that I can describe it as a population wide event. I would also say that the US is racist against Muslims. I think there was a thread a couple of weeks ago about how the entire Middle East is racist against Black people and I missed your scathing rebutal there. I think a signficant fraction of the US population is racist against black people. I think just about every white American was racist against black people until recently. I think most Japanese are racist against anybody who isn't Japanese. I think Spain has proven that it is generally racist against black people. I think there are portions of the Indian population who are racist aganist anybody not Indian. And Russians seem to be xenophobicly racist generally about everybody. Most Western Europeans are racist against Eastern Europeans since the EU expanded started allowing them to flood to the west. Same is true for Europe and Turks.
