3-0 team record this week with stats of:
    32.3 pts/gm
    7.7 assists/gm
    5 rebs/gm
on 55.5% shooting and 40% 3 pt shooting and 81.8% ft

I forsee another western conference player of the week award for Tmac. Those are some ridiculous stats! Let's hope Tmac keeps up this efficient offense.

Deron Williams: over 19 points and 15 assists, and they won all of their games of this week. ;)

I'd say he has a good shot at it, but the league might decide to be a biatch and give the POW honors to Ben Wallace's father, LeBron James.

I think the whole 18 game winning streak with convincing victories over two teams with 40 victories may sway the vote. ;)

Well yeah but... show me ONE semi-decent team out of the ones they'd beaten in that week. You can't? Then we'll have to give it to Ryan Bowen. Sorry, better luck next time!

And he did all that without Yao.

Crazy to think what McGrady did this week is close to what Lebron's averaging the entire YEAR.

55.5% shooting, 40% 3 pt shooting and 81.8% ft is excellent efficiency though...

I was thinking the same thing. It really is unfair. I don't hate LeBron like a lot of Rockets fans do. I have been laughing the last couple days seeing him just chuck three after three and never miss.

lebron is the best player bar none right now in my opinion. he'll be a top 3-4 player overall in the HISTORY of the L when it's said and done. if he wins a few rings, he could be #2 behind MJ.

Why would Rocket fans hate Lebron? I don't get the hate the other good players just because they don't play for the Rockets thing. Lebron is a class act, a great athlete, and great competitor. He's one of the good guys. Plus, we only have to play him twice a year and we usually beat him anyway!

Lebron has Chosen One tattooed on his back. He is a little to egotistical for me but is one good ball player.

If you pay attention to him at all you would know he doesn't have a very big ego. That is his nickname since he was twelve. The guy was touted as the next MJ since he was 15 and yet he has managed to stay down to earth. Not too many of us would be able to do that.

I don't understand it either but the fact remains a lot of Rockets fans do hate him. It probably has a lot to do with T-Mac and these fans unwilling to admit as good as T-Mac is he isn't on LeBron's level.

BTW, do you guys pay attention to that how the spurs stopped LJ in the finals last year? If so, I think it might be easier to understand why LJ usually has outstanding stats.

I think LJ is a great player, and so is Tmac. LJ is younger and stronger, but Tmac is more talented!

if tmac was not injured, he is on par or even better than lebron. but he's injured quite often and thus he's not.

we have to accept the fact that tmac will rarely be fully healthy for a full season so he's not going to be better than kobe or lebron.

but if he's healthy in the playoffs, i can argue with you that he can put up a better performance than either of them INDIVIDUALLY.

Health is part of the equation. Health brings consistency and you have to be consistent to be truly great.

Like him or hate him, you have to respect what guys like LBJ and Kobe are doing. They're performing at a high level night in night out for 90% of the season so far. That is insane, especially LBJ with the physical way he plays going to the basket.

I don't like him, and I especially relish Tmac - LBJ matchups where Mac almost always seem to turn his game up and outplay him, but let's be fair, Mac ain't on the same level as LBJ right now.

And you know what's scary? I don't think Lebron goes full throttle all the time. Remember when Bosh's cousin was heckling him and he said he'd drop 50 and went and did it? Or how he delivered on his promise of another 50 for Spike Lee? There are only a handful of guys in the history of the League who can do that kind of stuff.

Still, I'd argue that Tmac might be a more talented overall player than Lebron. Kudos for his outstanding week, but I just wish he can play at that level consistently.
