Even if it was a "joke" by the original poster, I don't understand the point of it. How is pretending that Yao is devastated about our winning a response to Yao haters? That just makes Yao look bad. I guess this is one of those "lost in translation" moments.

cease fire, guys. As I said, I found this one funny and like the way the guy put truth in a joke, so I did the translation to share with this board. I did not realize I have wasted some BBSer's precious time of their life, not to mention offended some (over?)sensitive good guys. My bad.

Where the hell was I, oh a fan forum. Now, will you fogive me?

That was written almost in "Tony Homo" style. Making it look like its someone's real opinions on matters...

I don't see how it can be effectively directed at Yao haters. Making him look like a prideful but ultra somber guy would be more a reflection (probably negative) on Yao himself.

Anyways we're all hoping those nails are stainless and rust free, and we wish him a full recovery.

Its really sad to me that some "so called" Rockets fans could be po'ed about us being on a 18 game winning streak despite whomever gets the praise.

Yao's a great player, a big loss to the team, shouldn't the rest of the guys get some credit for playing so great w/o him? sheesh.

and to the idiot who thinks that Chinese fans want Rockets to lose to prove YAO's value, I want to say get the F@CK OUT, very very few of us are as classless as you are. Shame on you!

Dumbiest thread ever read on this site. The original Chinese version was purely a fake and the writer never intended to appear true. It was a joke and somebody who could read Chinese turned this into a, what, Yao's disclaimer of "i AM A b****"? Shame on you, the trans-mis-lator!
