The OP said in his reply that he is sure Yao are happy with Rockets keep winning without him. He wrote this just because he could not stand those Yao haters saying Rockets are better without Yao.

Disclaimer: I am not affiliated with any site. I just found this one funnny. I thought it doesn's hurt once a while we hear something from the Rocket fans on other sites.

I don't understand. Yao obviously wouldn't say anything like that, and yet it's written in first person.

It's NOT from Yao, just some fans being sarcastic. Lost in translation. :p

LMAO I bet a lot of them are rooting for us to lose w/o Yao just to prove how valuable Yao is.

The thread title is misleading. Did Yao really cry? If he didn't and it was just some fabrication by a SINA (out of all places) forum poster, what purpose does it serve reposting it here?

Oh well, another 5 minutes of life wasted.

I put [...forum] in front of the title, meaning it is from fans. I also wrote why this one was originally wrote and why I translated. I do not know whatelse I should have done.

You're right on the first part, wrong on the second part. rifla did have an accurate translation of what that fan wrote in that BBS. :D

What the guy basically wrote is he was p!$$ed and mad now that the Rockets had this winning streak of 18, every credit and praise went to Tracy McGrady and Co., and fans started to doubt/query whether the Rockets is a better team without Yao Ming, and Big Yao is all but forgotten.

Best to not repost things like these if they are not from Yao, the man himself... or put something like this:

WTH? Sina forum claimed that Yao cried after Rockets' 18th win.

Actually, on second thought, don't worry about it...

If Yao cried, it would only be tears of joy. He would be so overwhelmed with the achievement of his "brothers".

I don't believe Chinese fans want Rockets to lose. Lets be fair. Rockets is now the favourite NBA team in China...and it is not going to stop anytime soon. You should see the praises on McGrady and Landry on sina site. Winning and winning pretty will do that for you.
