Man.....sometimes, it makes you think that for everything the Chinese did, in the eyes of the American, they are conspiracies....

IMHO, it is purely co-incidental that both Yao and Yi got injuries that hindered and impaired their performance on court that they required surgery.

For Yao Ming's case, if he continues playing with his stress fracture, it will not be a season-ending injury......it will be career-threatening or ending injury.

I don't see how China benefits from its two best players being in wheelchairs for the months leading up to the Olympics.

China has complete control of how much these guys play in the NBA, I do believe that.

Yi is not a rocket. I don't know why this thread is here.

Actually, I never thought about conspiracy. I believe over 99% people never thought about it either.

Absolutely, Yao's injury made him out of the season.
The other problem, that is Yi. He has limited role in today's lineup of Bucks. So China can communicate with Bucks to protect their primary player. I know everything will happen along with Yi's injury.

Actually, I think this is quite funny. I believe many chinese sports have chance to win golds. But, I don't think they have a chance to win a bronze for bball. I don't believe chinese government will spend any energy to make that conspiracy. Worthless!!!!!

Yeah, I dont think China plans to get a medal in basketball...I mean if Yao and Yi are actually healthy and secretly practicing with the CNT, I doubt you will see Yao and Yi on the sidelines of their teams games?

Having Yi out will help the Bucks get a better draft pick. He doesn't fit on their team anyway. They need a garbage man, like Carl Landry, on that team with all those ball hoggers on the perimeter, not a Kevin Garnett type of player at PF.

Maybe the D&D or NBA dish thread... Too many Yao related threads when the guy isn't even playing for the rest of this season.

Yi sucks so the Chinese government probably worried about his suckiness completely expose to the rest of world prior to Olympics so they asked the bucks to shut him down. :D

China cant control this, man. What they can do is that they can call back Yao to play for the national team at anytime they need.

Im from China so I know how they works
