    I cant freakin believe Jon Barry just told Stephen A. Smith "show me a quality team that the Rockets beat during their streak". Are you kidding me?? Uh, I think we blew NO off their home court by 20! Freakin IDIOT.

    He is an IDIOT! how about Dallas?! But forget that as Rafer put it, play the worst nba team 17 times and you will lose at least once. 17 wins in a row is impressive no matter how you slice it!

    The Media won't start sucking our dicks quite yet...

    Beat the Lakers = Lakers played bad, Rockets still aren't contenders, won't win in a 7 game series

    Lose to the Lakers = Shows how Rockets winning streak was a fluke

    IF THE LAKERS won 17 straight against a mediocre schedule, ESPN would be all freaking over that.

    I don't understand why ESPN doesn't realize that every team has an easy schedule at some point during the season, yet they don't capitalize and win 17 in a row. A WIN IS A WIN!

    We only played who they served up.

    As was stated elsewhere, Rockets beat 7 +.500 teams of their 17 wins. Spurs have beat 2.

    He believes he is the true championship deliver, he believes all west teams need him to go to the final. He may go back to Spurs which dumped him, he may join Suns that is falling out of playoff. Or he may be Kid's teammate that build up an grandpa friendship.

    Rockets don't such a 3-pointer shooter, we already have plenty of good 3-pointer shooter.

    I am not surprised. If we defeat Lakers next time, people will say it's not a quality win since Bynum is injured.

    i don't think it matters......let the so called "pundits" say what they want. all the rockets can do is blow out the teams in front of them.
    For some reason, they just don't want to give the rockets the credit they deserve.....no matter what, winning 17 games in a row is an accomplishment on it's own.

    Jon has been saying a lot of this type of stuff lately... even when calling games. It's very strange... I remember him being pretty biased in favor of the Rockets before (definitely last season).
