I'm actually dead serious... Once a polo hits the 2-year mark in my wardrobe, it gets relegated to sleepwear or "clothes i need to wear when i'm doing something that may cause the clothes to get damaged" - like painting the house or yardwork or something.
this dude has polo shirts to spare. maybe you can go for the record 10 pop collars with old retired polos!!!! polos are awesome i mean seriously what else would you wear. t-shirts? too plain.long sleeves? too much work to iron. polos? simply awesome
People that think wearing Polos is some kind of statement that they are "not a sheep" or some bullcrap is r****ded. They are so self-conscious that they go out of their way to make sure they don't do something. I actually like the guys with popped collars and spikey hair from Dallas better than you little anti-society queers because at least they have balls to go out looking like a jackass.
I usually wear them a lot...Mostly at work as its business casual, especially in the spring and summer time...And I do wear a white t under it in the winter but not in the summer... Who says its not cool to wear them...Of course, no popped collar...that is super ghey...
I always thought they were a way to have a semi-dressy appearance while keeping relatively comfortable. Is there actually an anti-polo faction??
Is there a backlash against polos now? First I've heard that anyone's got a problem with them. Now popping the collars, not only is it so 3 years ago, but it's still douchey.
that is ringing a bell, but no, unless it's in that original thread that Castor found (and thanks for that -- I owe you one, when you least expect it )
They're pretty much all I wear to work, unless it's cold enough to wear a sweater. If my collar is ever popped, please shoot me.
