When you post things like this:

Obama does some nice double talk and condemns the actions of the Weather Underground, however he remains good friends with two of them that remain unrepentant for their actions. They helped launch his political career.

Yes, you're repeating Hillary talking points. Did you actually do ANY research on the facts? We know in the past, based on your comments about caucus rules and other such things, you clearly haven't. You're more than happy to take a nugget of information and blow it up into something it's not. Not terribly surprising you'd continue that pattern here.

And you seem to buy all the stuff that Obama put's in your head. So what is your point? I'm by no means a right-wing Repbulican like the guys you mentioned. So by questioning Obama, that makes me clueless and gullible. I get it.

lol ... ROCKET RICH NYC, I figured it's only a matter of time before Obama nuts on CF.net go Al Capone on you.

I was undecided on Obama less than two months ago. The more I have learned about the guy, the more I feel compelled to be against this flim flam political con man, the Hollywood/Big Media hyped scumbag.

Again, speaking eloquently is one thing.

Speaking with understanding, leadership, 'illuminated' if you will, is something entirely different.

An eloquent speaker can peform well with a speech someone else wrote, someone else's ideas.

Obama can respond to tough questions with meaningful answers that cuts through political spin and obfuscation that even the best political machine (cue Clintons) can dish out.

I'm a businessman w/ an MBA, and was until Bush, a lifelong Republican. I am not moved by oratory, platitudes and cliches. In fact, they usually repulse me as weak attempts to manipulate. I am moved by understanding, intelligence, leadership, insight, vision. I am approaching 50, and Obama has the best potential to be a true leader of our Country than any candidate since I have been of voting age. In the end, he may fail as a manager (who ever expected Reagan to be so efective as one??), but his potential, grounded in his innate abilities, is uplifting. A rare occurrence in US politics, indeed.

I too drank the Obama Kool-aid punch after the Iowa Caucus. I got so much crap from my wife because I was teasing her about Hillary. I told her Obama was gonna beat the living daylights out of Hillary. I got a lot of grief. I joined the Obama bandwagon because he was a definite alternative to the Clintons we all know. However, something happened on my way to drinking that second cup. I actually got fatigued with his same old speeches. I also started to question his ability of having good judgment. Finally, after looking at the two candidates and feeling some pressure from my wife, I decided to give Hillary a chance. However, after what I witnessed at the caucus and now seeing the battle between Clinton and Obama - wife or no wife - I can NOT vote for EITHER candidate.

It's actually the real you that we're seeing and you're full of crap. Obama ran a very positive campaign and he was kicking Clinton's teeth in which prompted the Clintons to go back to business as usual and climb into the gutter to make political hay the only way they know how. There's no doubt which candidate stands for hope, change, and a uplifting agenda and which candidate stands for politics as usual, mud slinging, and slimeball tactics. By the way, you voted for the latter on that one. Nice job.

But now he's stooped down to their level and is just like the Clintons. Nice job!

This is the perfect example - thank you!

In the article: Dr. Young described Obama and Ayers as “friends,” but there’s no evidence their relationship is more than the casual friendship of two men who occupy overlapping Chicago political circles and who served together on the board of a Chicago foundation.

    You turned that into...

Obama does some nice double talk and condemns the actions of the Weather Underground, however he remains good friends with two of them that remain unrepentant for their actions. They helped launch his political career.

It's the one they kept showing on MSNBC, CNN, FOX, ABC when a reporter from ABC was asking questions to Obama about Rezko, and he walks off and says, "C'mon guys, I've answered 8 questions already."

That must be the only reason he walked out. Because he can't respond to questions, because he's never ever answered any before.
