I'm glad we have TMac the Rocket

    Tmac the showboat in Orlando/Toronto

T-Mac is one of the best scorers in the league when used as such...the only reason we use him as a passer is more out of necessity than anything else.

I prefer T-Mac the playmaker. He needs to be aggressive going towards the basket. If he does that, I trust his decision making to either take the shot or look to pass.

uh?? have u been watching the streak or any of Rick Adelman's teams?
they are based on motion and passing.

great players make their teammates great. Tmac passing to the open Landry. would he do the same back in the day?

this team is winning because of great balance, passing and teamwork. we won't see a 50 point performance by one player, if that's the case, we probably will lose.

I am not saying T-Mac should be the 32PPG monster he was with Orlando that took 25 shots a game, but at the same time I feel he ofen has to carry too much of the load as a playmaker. As Adelman said before the season started, he wanted to take that burden off T-mac and let him finish plays off moreso than start them. Because our team can't run the Adelman offense we ar back to JVG ball with more talent than the JVG Rockets had.

And yes, T-Mac was a great passer with Orlando. Not as unselfish as he is now, but he would still get his 5-6APG and make the right pass.

It's not like T-Mac didn't trust his teammates and pass earlier in the season or in seasons past. The role players simply weren't making their shots.

We need T-Mac to turn it up to Orlando mode to win tonight against Dallas, doesn't mean he will be jacking up all the shots, just means that he will score aggressively while also getting key assists and looking to win the game.
