    besides... we really do not need a high powered offense... remember the Rockets are one of the best defensive teams in the league... We have more balance than the Kings.

    Comparing this team to the Kings that took the showtime Lakers to 7 games is a joke. Charles Barkley the most overrated NBA player? LOL. We're all rocket fans but yall homers go too far. sometimes i feel like the only sane person here. ;)

    Barkley is pretty over rated. And neither those Kings or Lakers were THAT good. They were good compared to the rest of the league at the time, but compared to the better teams of today, they're nothing special.

    Ernie Johnson is the only respectable person on their halftime show.... He knows that Barkley is unnecessarily hating on the Rockets

    When Yao first got out it was "They arnt a playoff team..."
    Now its "They arnt contenders...."

    Looking at all the websites and ESPNews, I'm starting to get nervous. The Rockets are starting to get a lot of attention and love from some of the media. As a lifelong Houston sports fan, this is usually about the time I get kicked in the groin. Repeatedly. With a steel toed boot.

    The Mavericks just lost a nationally televised game against the Lakers in overtime on Sunday, so they definitely don’t want to lose again in front of the national audience in the same week, especially that they are now playing at home, where they are very tough to beat. As underdog in tonight’s game, the Rockets have to play with confidence, execute well, and be mentally ready for a tough battle in Dallas.
