Better ratio than most good teams ;o) (Though the Rockets fan base is probably more genuine, even when they were winning titles).

Very nice closing run by the Celtics in the final minutes. Chauncey just flat out disappeared in the 4th quarter. The Pistons don't look like the "juggernaut" someone here claims they are.

I wouldn't say those Celtic fans are bandwagoneers, even in their down years, they've have still had decent number of fans. WHile they started off with a bang, but faltered a bit....I believe this team will actually fulfill its dream season. ... esp. since they got I AM Sam.

Sam will make them an infinitely better team, he is exactly what they need.

He won't make them "infinitely" better, that's for sure. IMO, he won't make that big of an impact. Hope I'm wrong.

I disagree, The knicks have the best fans! They gave a standing Ovation to Lebron, who dropped 50 pts on them. I guess they're that desperate or maybe it's a thanks for wearing a yankees hat during the cleveland Indians series.

I remember the first game they played on national TV at home. It was like one huge party. I couldn't even see the seats. You had the Sox up in the boxes passing around their trophy and Patriots scattered across the big money seats enjoying themselves. Crazy atmosphere.

I don't know if I'd call them the best, but Knicks fans are great. I still like watching their home games when they are close. Did you see that pre-game dunk by LeBron?

IMO Warriors fans are the best in terms of arena noise. See last year's playoffs with the Mavs.

Yeah, NYK fans are the most vocal. Remember how they were cheering FOR us when we were running the Knicks out in the 1st Q? It was hilarious.

Lower bowl still sucks at TC. Funny how the camera zooms into the court and tries not to show the seats.

That's because the people cheering were Rockets fans like myself.

But they do have great fans. I think Boston and NY fans are just more passionate about basketball then Houston fans.

i dont think they are bandwagoners in boston they love their celtics but have had nothing to cheer for the past what 20 years? (sorry they made the ECF one year against the nets and boston was rocking then too) but for the most part its hard to continuously root for a team that is doing terrible after having such a storied past, i mean we hang onto our two championships, boston fans have 16! the standard is even higher there.

what bothers me is to see all these celtic "fans" outside of the new england area popping up all of a sudden those are bandwagoners. I had 3 different guys at work at the start of the season say they were boston fans all of a sudden.

    yeah great fans

they booed after ray allen got a tech for throwing a forearm right into Rip's neck. I don't know why two UCONN guys were going at it.
