Southern California, been a fan since David Stern uttered those magical words at the 2002 draft. Was a Lakers fan before that.

From Sydney, Australia, fan since 2002 (after Yao was drafted). Watch most games nowadays on my crappy mobile phone (aka cell phone) via ESPN Update.

One of these days I will get FOXTEL (Australia's version of cable TV.)

I am from St. Louis Mo and I came to the rockets with Clyde in 1995. Before that I was a Blazers fan.

From Katy Tx. First real memory of the Rockets was when Sampson hit the turn around, fade away prayer against the Lakers in '86! 16 in a row! Beat Dallas!!

Austin, Texas - Watched Big E stop Alcinder/UCLA streak in Astrodome with my Dad - So when Elvin returned home from San Diego to Houston, it was a natural fit to become a Rockets fan..

For me, all of this is special. I keep wanting to call my father to tell him about the last game, or the highlights, but I can't. I will watch and listen to Gene Peterson and Bill Worrell and think of my Dad who died last May...

this puts a tear in my eyes b/c i know my dad introduced basketball, esp the Rockets, to me and that's our love we both have. he is still around but i do sometimes think about if in the future he's not here and i can't share the happiness with him. well, that's why i came back to houston after college and bought season packages with him and my family for the last 5 years. i sympathize for you on this. just know he's thinking about you somewhere too and watching the rockets.

I'm orginally from Austin, but lived in Georgia for most of my life. I'm only 21(22 on Saturday), and didn't really get interested in basketball until the first championship run. My dad was a big fan back then and there was so much excitement in the house. Rockets became my life after that.

Grew up in Houston and the Rockets are the only team I've ever followed. Unfortunately I wasn't here when either championship was one, the first I was stationed in Hawaii (still managed to find some Rocket fans to celebrate with though) and the second I was deployed to Thailand - had to get up at about 2 in the morning to watch the games over there, but I was happy to do it

I'm a native houstonian, and I grew up in Bellaire.

I've been a fan since 1992. I was 11 and 12 during the 93-94 and 94-95 championship seasons. I've been diehard ever since.
