Dirk is also known as a flopper...Also calls out his teammates when he himself doesn't perform (erick Dampier incident)...is not classy at all as you can see in interviews...thinks very highly of himself...and does that stupid annoying thing with his mouth peice.

Yao mind is known as a classy guy who respects his opponents...can be fragile and gets overpowered at times...locker room guy who wants to play with his teammates(bad or good), plays hard every night without resorting to Flopping, and doesn't do annoying things on court

Nowitzki has an owner who is willing to spend whatever it takes and they still can't win. Has the coach of the year and a hall of fame PG, all star forward, and a bench most eastern conference teams are screaming for

Yao has a so-so owner. Has an understanding coach and a Perennial superstar by his side with a bunch of new guys that were considered scrubs but now are performing.

...ya i think if MVP was based on everything and not just team stats...it would have gone to kobe last season because he led his team to the playoffs with almost nobody doing well. HANDS DOWN

Man, congrats Houston on the 16-game winning streak. I hardly ever post, but I had to today because of a history-making event. Does anyone have video of the Landry dunk? I hate that I missed this game. I will watch the game tomorrow for sure, though.

    way to go rockets...

we have true team chemistry, key role players, and strong leadership. adelman has gone unmentioned as coach of the year, and almost all of Morey's acquisitions has worked out. im feeling pretty good about our team, and the future of our team right now...

It's nice to see Landry getting some love over at espn.com. Big game tomorrow. Dallas is a VERY strong home team, even without Dirk. As long as we continue to play good defense, hit our open shots, and pass the ball around, we will walk out of Dallas with a victory. Does anyone know what happened to deke? Why did he only play 8 minutes?

adelman saw that deke wasn't very effective against the pacers style.. so he pulled him to play small ball.

Thanks for the answer, pz350z. I kinda fingered that would be the case. Deke should log some minutes against Dampier tomorrow, though.

I know its a horrible time to throw out a comment like this, but who else is disappointed in Bobby Jackson so far? he looks like a clone of Mike James. Dribble away clock end up producing a horrible shot.
