    the NBA official site is very slow with updating anything, including real time scores, just go with ESPN's basketball page, it's much better, and literally minutes after a team wins they update the standings.

    Wasn't there a thread about how awesome yahoo sports are? If so, then I think ESPN and Yahoo are the way to go. I personally like ESPN for updates. Haven't used yahoo for anything since google was invented.
