all of you jordan fans on this board are low blowers.

i didn't mention his dad, just his gambling and the nba not wanting their best star getting caught with the mafia.

also what about all that money jordan paid that lady for sleeping with him all those years?

dream is pious, our church of clutch city is holy. don't disgrace it with that jordan talk.

    Juju-

In the 96 playoffs he was 32. Yeah, so old.

The bottom line is this: the Bulls were not good enough in 95 with Jordan to win it all. They had to get Rodman. Once they did, they were unstoppable.

In 1995, they were not unstoppable. We were in the playoffs, or I guess you forgot all of the teams we beat to get to the finals

What's your point? I believe the argument was all his numbers were higher when he came back in the 95-96 season. I posted his stats and surprisingly enough, they were not higher like folks have said. But why should I keep on arguing with yall? Because Jordan sucks and Pippen is the main reason they won those 6 titles right? Be like Mike......no way, everyone wanted to Be Like Pip.

Most logical answer of the thread. Sadly, we will never know who would win if these two met in the Finals. I will say the Rockets would at least get one of them.

LOL 32 is when BB players starts to decline.Mj was not explosive in 96.He was taking alot of post up jumpers.Did u even now anything about MJ?I agree they wasn't good enough to win it all.The bottom line MJ came in at the end of the season. The bottom line he stated he was going to get in better shape after they loss to the magics. All i am saying is they didn't lose to Houston in the playoffs or finals.

Why don't u compare it to 91-3 huh????He was freaking rusty. He stated that after they loss that he would get into shape for the next season. Also MJ only played 10 gms in 95.He played the whole playoffs on the rest.In 96-8 Mj was getting old and started sticking to his postup turnaround shot.He was not explosive has when he was younger. If Mj never retiredwe would of seen it, but too bad get over it.

I think MJ is the best basketball player of all time and that the 96-98 Bulls were the best teams of all time (or close to it)

My point was that the 1995 Rockets won with Jordan playing like Jordan. I get sick of all the Bulls homers trying to act like MJ wasn't playing well because he had just come back. That's it.

Rusty? He had his best playoff shooting percentage compared to the next 3 titles. Sorry.

LOL once again u can't compare 10 gms to all the gms he played in the rest of the postseason.Whgat if he would of had a strech where he didn't shoot well for two gms?We don't know and in 96 he got old.He started using more post up moves and he couldn't rely on his explosive first step has much anymore.

I think the outcome of what happened in the East Playoffs would have been different if MJ never retired. You can't sit there and say that a MJ that never retired is the same player as a MJ that retired and came back the last month of the next season.

For example, If MJ never retires, Bulls finish off with a much better record. They were only 34-31 before MJ came back. A rusty MJ lead them to 13-4. I'm sure they would have finished with more than 47 wins if he came back Game one. Yeah I know what you're thinking, "Their front court is still weak." True, but all the good-great teams have at least on weakness. Plus, it's not like the Magic straight slaughtered the Bulls. 4-2 but the highest margin of victory was 10, and that was the Bulls.

I mean if the man himself, who never makes excuses (not even with the Wiz), says that he is out of shape, I'll take his word. Of course arguing all this is pointless because we'll never really know. But I do feel that a major reason why the Bulls lost to the Magic was because MJ was not at his highest level. And please, don't label me a Bulls homer just because I'm defending Jordan. I put the Rockets over everything in my life. Sadly.

The 10 games he played in, he played like vintage MJ. They still lost. Not hard for anyone but you to understand. Yes, he played in less games BUT HE STILL PLAYED LIKE MJ. AND they lost.

    I'm done with you.

I DON'T CARE WHAT KIND OF NUMBERS JORDAN PUT UP IN 95/96. THE RUSTY ARGUMENT IS COMPLETE BS TO ME. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW WELL MJ PLAYED....THE BULLS WERE NOT GOING TO WIN BECAUSE THEY HAD NO PF. JORDAN DIDN'T HAVE A COMPLETE TEAM, SIMILAR TO ALL THE OTHER SEASONS HIS ASS LOST IN THE PLAYOFFS (YES, HE DID NOT ENTER THE LEAGUE IN 1991).

SO EITHER FIND ME A CHAMPION FROM SAY, 1980, THAT WON A TITLE WHEN THEIR BEST REBOUNDERS WERE A GUARD OR SF (I.E. THE BULLS IN 95/96) OR SHUT UP. JORDAN WAS GREAT BUT YOU DON'T WIN IN THIS LEAGUE WITH ZERO INSIDE PRESENCE, PERIOD.

The Rockets at that point where clearly a better team and would've beat the Bulls. I don't believe it would've been a sweep, but it would've ended within 5 or 6 games, unlike the Magic series. The Magic seemed to fold after losing the first two games at home.

I think most of the western teams would've given Chicago trouble in the playoffs that year. That frontline just wasn't strong enough to beat one of those mosnter front lines out West. Chicago probably would've lost to S.A. and even Seattle. The team was somewhat weak on the bench and M.J. was out for a year and half....it's like being injured because you have to get used to game speed again and grind out of the game.

There's alot of teams who had great chance of dethroning the Bulls came damn close.....Pacers and Knicks. I even believe if S.A. (with Duncan) somehow played the Bulls in Finals it would be one of the toughest series they played in their entire championship run. The tag team of D-Robinson and Tim Duncan would've been alot to deal with it, especially when Luc Longley is your starting center and Rodman on Duncan for the whole game would almost be impossible matchup, becaue unlike Horry, Kemp, Barkley, and etc...Duncan is really more of center.

you are a rookie who just became a basketball fan and know nothing of the game.

you and your bulls fans and fake rocket fans need to go to a bulls site to kiss michael jordan's butt.

have you been watching basketball since 1986? are you from houston? did you have nba league pass when it first came out?

do you know who akeem is?

no no no no no no

dude, if there was an nba iq test, i'd destroy you. stop kissing jordan's butt. those teams that you love dearly, the early MJ 91-93 got their butts handed to them by the Dream, look it up it happened. its not a what if.

what if clutch deleted all the bull fans off this site?? that's would the best thing ever!
