Prior to tip-off, Scola sat down with craig ackerman:
    Luis Scola Interview
" I believe in my teammates. I believe in Team."

We are witnessing something special :D

That was a lame reply. I just pointed out it was "strange"... blazing hot to start and ice cold to finish.

The Rockets can match any offer to Landry, I believe. The Rockets did exactly what you need to do with a team like Memphis- put them away early. McGrady was really productive and still only had to play less 30 minutes. That's great stuff. Scola, Battier and Landry continue to be awesome. Although Luther didn't shoot very well, it was nice to see him get to the line 8 times. He has a nice quick first step- I would like him to drive more to take advantage of it and give the defense something else to worry about. Nice game, overall, Rockets!

Good game. Definitely a must win, and by a nice margin helps for sure. Well, now to the the nuggets on sunday... A big game. They will be highly motivated! We should be, too. This is almost surreal. Rockets have finally gone on a 10 game winning streak while i'm a fan, lol. gg.

Let's hope that true. BTW, I like how Deke put up 13 rebounds and 4 blocks in only 18 mins.

Guys, do you think Adelman just turned this team into his sacramento team? He seems to be going for his orignal plan A. It didn't work earlier this season because Yao wasn't fast enough, and it would've been a waste to not use him. So they went plan B, which worked pretty well.

Now, I think the rockets are back to plan A. With smaller players but faster speed, Im seeing a lot in them. Tonites game was a blowout, and it justifies my point because the rocket scored so much.

Although it would seem like we're gonna be giving up def, like the suns. Amazing, the grizzlies were above 80 even though they were shooting below 40. Hmmm

if they could get someone decent to back him up. this team may not be in trouble.

you just cant play him too much. and wear him out.

A solid win. Hopefully some of the other Western Conference contenders will lose tonight but it doesn't look that way (except for Utah).

Garbage time = less defensive intensity

Looking at +/- stats in blowouts is pretty useless in general. The Rockets were basically on cruise control for much of the game.

no, tmac still get his isos, screens, and pick and rolls. plus, our big men aren't passers like webber/divac.

we are just playing harder, run more, and play great D, then give it up to tmac.

    History! Perfect Month!

The Rockets can keep winning as long as they play the way they've been playing--hard-nosed defense and sharing the ball on offense.

Damn Grizzlies. Trading Gasol for basically nothing sets them up two win 2, maybe 3 times the rest of the season. Warriors and Nuggets each have two games left against them.
