After reading this article, my last hope for a miracle come back this season has vanished :( Looks like he'll not take some Chinese medicine which some fans hope could magically heal his bone in a month. No sarcastic impilied here, cause I myself was once cured with Chinese medicine that saved me a surgery on my foot.

Wish him the best luck in recovery and Olympic games!

So there is still like a .02% chance the "famous" doctor in Charlotte, finds something different in his second opinion.

Sounds like Yao just said that he'll suit up for the 7th game of the Finals against Garnett!!

So I guess that would be in Boston....hmmmm

Yao has an amazing depth of character, an incredible person. I feel very badly for him, but I do worry about reoccurring injuries to his feet. Something has to change to prevent future problems, but what? The bones in his feet are not going to get bigger, and he is not going to get smaller. Sounds like a physics problem to me. Of course, I wish him well.

He's a great individual and is often underappreciated for his effort and contribution to basketball. A big guy in many ways. Really miss Yao's presence rest of the reason. Good luck and get well soon.
