well ima look like a dumbass anyway but i meant to say.. "oh and I'm NOT confused about the definition" so you are right. I shouldn't be confused. Especially since he asked me what it means and I got that right. I'm not a chinese clutchfan who jumped on the bandwagon as soon as Yao got drafted. (No offense Chinese clutchfans, but alot of chinese fans on here didn't follow the rockets before Yao) I did follow the team before, but hey how can I prove I did or didn't? After all we're on the internet, you can't even prove you were a fan before Yao..
I wasn't a Rockets fan, I admit I followed Yao. It just so happens that TMac was my favorite player before Yao joined the league and now I am a diehard Rockets fan because both my favorite players are in one team! This is my dream team. Anyways, I am done here, cant change your mind about dissing TMac so I give up.
Hold up, isn't everyone here a Rockets fan? Any active T-Mac haters now until the end of the season should be shot. Rox going nowhere without McGrady's lead. Bashing him now is like saying "F%^K you Rockets, I don't want you experience basketball when it matters most." Especially true for Scola and Landry. Unbelieveable. T-Mac is our man for now. I'd want to puke if Tracy for Kobe trade had truth and actually happened. What am I gonna do, disown my favorite team of 14 years because of Kobe? Bash him until he was gone in 5 years? This is a team game, no picking and choosing players. In or out?. Leave recent threads alone, come back in August.
I never proposed a Kobe-Tmac trade, and you said "bashing him now" and ive been bashing him for a while, so I hope your post isn't towards me, but it probably is. I have school in the morning. I'll get on CF.NET during my 1st period which is 7:15-8:05 so if anyone else wants to debate on this just hit me up.
Oh,actually I have proposed a Tmac for Kobe trade, but that was in the summer during the whole Kobe " i want out" situation. But you said leave recent threads alone and I haven't even mentioned a Kobe for Tmac trade since then so yeah...
JD, stop spamming. There are more appropriate threads where you can go to express your undying hate for T-Mac. You've made your opinion known, we don't really care to hear you expound on it. Thanks!
I nominate this silly, inane thread to be the #1 stupidest in the history of clutchfans. I guess it takes a tragic injury to bring out the inner-idiot in us all.
Dude, then tell people to stop calling me out. If I called you out, you're most likely going to respond to stand up for what you believe. Right? Even thread starters of anti-tmac threads dont even get called out like that. Who's "we"? Obviously people care enough to reply. Forget it though man, I'm not gonna argue with you. I shouldve known this was going to happen if I said something like that during this Rocket crisis. Goodnight
Ironically, I agree. I'm never gonna like tmac but I should try and keep things like that to myself during times like this. Alot of you guys are used to calling someone out and them not responding back and ignoring you, but hey guess what.. I'm gonna say something back. Sure its probably immature but hey afterall most of you consider me to be a dumbass kid who's in high school who doesn't know crap so therefore what can i do? I can't ignore because then i'll feel like a p***y, I can't cuss you out because I'll get demoted, I can't say "hey lets meet up somewhere so i can beat your ass" because not only will i get demoted but I'll get banned. The only thing I can do is reply.
I believe that Tracy McGrady doesnt need to carry a team by himself anymore, he s surrouned by a very dedicated and good team. But he is a leader, isnt he?
if tmac can play with confidence as a leader, but without the pressure of a guy who is "supposed" to win (and he shouldn't be now that yao is out), then he will regain his superstar play. dont be surprised to see him putting up ridiculous numbers down the stretch and in the playoffs. keep him loose and relaxed in the head, and he's going to take us past the first round.
T-Mac's mental state is always in flux, though. He gets in these funks, seemingly for no reason. He needs to be able to maintain a certain level of focus, or at least be able to "will" himself into that state.
Tracy McGrady will say where will Rockets season end. I think Luis Scola can be the best helper for him.
Well, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting if I were you. I'm trying very hard to give him the benefit of the doubt but my head tells me that he simply isn't the kind of competitor who will rise to this type of challenge. Like you said, it's been 10 years now and we're still waiting.
