I'm sure several of you will bash on me in the unlikely event that we dont make the second round...but I honestly think we will make the second round....I EVEN GUARUNTEE THIS!!! Reason 1: Chemistry...Team chemistry has not been this good since the Championship years. Reason 2: This team can score. In the past years Tmac would have to carry the team. If Tmac played bad...we lost. Not last night. (vs Wizards) Reason 3: Scola - Scola is a go to guy. The offense has been running through Tmac and Yao....Scola scored at will last night on almost all the plays ran for him. With Yao out...Look for Scola scoring average to go up...BIG TIME. I really think by the end of the season Scola will be ROY. Reason 4: Landry - I dont think I really need to explain much here. Landry is a future star. Reason 5: Rafer & Bobby combo: With Bobby backing Rafer instead of Brooks this puts much more experience on the table....Brooks is not ready to run team. Go ahead boys....and girls Let me have it

I don't really like it particularly when people say we will make the playoffs based on just team spirit and as a homer. But you actually made great points!!! Even though I thought we had a shot at getting past round 1, not I believe even more!
While I love the enthusiasm, our differential efficiency is currently 7th in the west, which means we are not better than 6 other western conference teams, even with yao. it'll be a fun run but nothing past the first round.
Interesting enough, Hollinger has us pretty damn high in the Playoff Odds prediction page on ESPN LINK The higher we can seed, the better our our odds on advancing.. and I believe we're good enough to get a high seed
i beleive. because i remember this: he led an unbeleivable upset once, in the beginning of his career. it would be perfect. deke is an amazing man. he deserves it.
