Brandon Bass is a monster in the post and has very efficient outside jumper. However, I think we can force him to pass, which is where he makes mistakes. I trust Scola and Mandry on him.

I am glad the Mavs kept Stack. This way the Rockets can jump into his head for the playoffs since there's plenty of room.

Word from the Dallas locker room is that Stack's locker has crude hand paintings of horses, mammoths and sabre tooth cats. He is also fascinated although slightly frightened anytime a cigarette lighter is flicked.

Isn't it better to at least make it to a game 7, than to lose in 6? Especially when you've got homecourt advantage, you're the best team in the league record-wise, and you're getting owned by the 8th seed?

Thats why I have *ANOTHER* hair bet with a Mavs fan. I believe the Rox will go farther than the Mavs.

    Hair as of 10/2006:

Hair as of 12/2007 (check out my Rox gear):

    Hopefully I can avoid this:

Stack is a **** talking fool, but he's pretty funny. Sure, it's annoying when he's talking smack about the Rox. But, it's Stackhouse. He talks smack about everyone. Who cares? It's just too bad his foolishness didn't kill the Kidd trade. But, in the long run, it's probably a good thing that the trade went through for the Rockets. Kidd's not getting any younger and the Mavs gave up Devin Harrris, 1st round picks in 2008 and 2010 to get him. Also lost some depth.

BTW, Stack also commented on why he was talking about the 30 days re-sign. He was getting calls from people which lead him to believe the trade had already completed, so he commented "to his fans" to let them know he was "not going to entertain offers from other teams & would return to the Mavs".

It's a stupid comment from the stand point that we have not played Dallas in a playoff series in 3 years. Our team is completely different from 3 years ago and so is their team, so how can he make a comment like that? IMO it was a very stupid comment coming from someone who has diarrhea of the mouth and just says things to hear himself talk.

*shrug* The only proper response that the Rockets should do is to constantly improve themselves and beat the Mavericks everytime the meet them on the court.

Prove your worth with action and deeds, not words.

And after beating them, I hope Rockets fans do not gloat and jeer at the Mavericks and their fans. Just stand straight, look at them with pride, and say "We beat you fair and square".

    I should stop preaching and patronising :D :D :D

Gee, and people wonder why Stackhouse will never win a championship ring.
