When you account for the home court advantage that most teams in the NBA have, I think it's fair to say the Rockets thus far have been better on the road. 18-9 vs. 18-11 pales in comparison to home-road splits belonging to the likes of Dallas (23-3 vs. 14-16), Utah (24-3 vs. 12-17), Denver (22-6 vs. 11-16), and Milwaukee (15-11 vs. 6-24), teams that might well have had Tim Donaghy officiating all their home games.
