So much for saying we haven't beaten anyone on this winning streak.

    Awesome.

Are you kidding me? We just blew out the team with the best record in the WC and you're complaining that nobody else scored in double figures? :p

    Can you say STATEMENT game?

    THAT WAS A STATEMENT GAME.

The team had every reason to lose that game. It was against the best team in the West, it was against a team they never play well against, they were on the second night of a back to back after travelling and the Hornets weren't.

Yet the Rockets somehow came up with that SAVAGE beating of the Hornets. T-Mac stepped up his game to pre-injury levels. Dunks. Going for alleys. Shooting well (the box score won't reflect how on-fire he was). Yao proved you can't stop him one on one. Chandler? What a joke. The role players and bench stepped up and played hard.

I don't know who it was who said when we play teams like the Hornets, Suns, Mavs and Spurs it will be a wake up call or something like that but they were damn wrong. The only team I am really afraid for the Rockets to match up with is the Jazz. Other than that, it's all good.

That...was a wake up call. 11 games and counting.

    GO ROCKETS!

New Orleans was coming in with a 5 game winning streak so there was no All-Star hangover to this game.
