    The clarity is I1 and the color is G. 1.15 carats. It's appraised at $7,400.

    I thought engagement and wedding rings were a special case in most courts of law. They are a "contract." If the wedding doesn't work, it voids the contract on the ring and it is returned.

    I swear I've seen this before.
