Oh I get it so we "trade" bonzi to NO along with mike james and 3 million dollars and NO buys him out then bonzi waits 30 days and resigns with the rockets. right...........

Perhaps the tremendous toughness, attacking playing style, good defense, and positive locker-room presence.

Again, don't really like the trade. I don't like losing Bonzi. But I can't knock Jackson.

Go look at Jackson's career stats, especially FG% and 3FG%. It highly resembles Rafer's.

He is not a better PG than Brooks. He is merely a more experienced PG than Brooks. Then again, so is Eric Snow and tons of other wash-ups.

This trade was a joke.

no not bonzi.....why cant we give up the scrub leader...luther head...instead of an asset like bonzi...this trade makes no sense to me

Head is the second best 3P shooter on the team and second best shooter among the guards. Rockets are a poor shooting team. Why do you want them to get worse?

The Rockets gave Bonzi away for nothing. Feigen's article might as well have been a press release created by the Rockets. This move has nothing to do with basketball.

I think they are starting to give up on this Yao-TMac era and set the table for the future. If Les really thought this team had a chance, I think he'd bite the bullet and not dump salary. And if it was about basketball, no way do they deal to the Hornets. I think the next logical move given this trade is dumping TMac in the offseason.

This is the polar opposite of the Scola deal. Losing MJ's contract is nice, but it's not worth giving up on the season. It's too bad this team wasn't given a chance even though they are on a nice run lately. I dont think Les buys into it at all. This trade effectively ends the Rockets season. Bonzi had really come on lately, is a great passer and rebounder, and talk that his minutes would get reduced because of a complete and utter scrub like Luther freakin Head is proposterous. The Rockets needed every key piece (Scola, Yao, TMac, Yao, Bonzi) to make a run. Without Bonzi, they just aren't going anywhere. I'm not sure they will make the playoffs...

Im just going to assume that they already have mike miller or ron because if not this is just ridiculous.

luther may do okay during the regular season but I have never witnessed a player choke harder with wide open 3's in the playoffs.....head and howard were the reasons we didn't advance into the second round....not tmac...not yao...even rafer played okay....it was head going ice cold and juwan being worthless...

so tomorrow morning....aaron brooks + crap = ron artest right???? becuase we were worried about rafer not having a backup...well now we do...so kings get brooks....we get ron to replace bonzi and everything works out right??? please dont tell me Im wrong
