Houston will be playing in the Pan Pacific friendly tournament as part of their preseason warm up Wednesday night (technically Thursday morning) at 12:30 AM. The game will be shown live on ESPN classic. The offseason is finally over.
anyone staying up for this? I did it all through the 2002 World Cup. I paid for it for a month after because my sleep pattern was completely screwed up (taking a nap from 10-12 then staying up all night to watch games).
There's rumors of a possible South American forward being signed this week. I hope it works out because we really need some help up top after losing two forwards. http://blogs.chron.com/soccer/archives/2008/02/dynamo_forward.html
I'll be staying up for it. The Mezzanine Lounge is staying open late for us since the game won't end until 2:30. There should be a decent crowd for it, at least as decent as you can expect for a preseason game at 12:30.
WHY YOU GOTTA POUR SALT ON AN OPEN WOUND!?!?!?! I kid. Too bad 'Classic doesn't have HD... it would look beautiful... yeah, I'll come back to this thread to comment... I want to be SLEEPY tomorrow... I will DVR'it, then... Yeah, shut up, man... 2002 still hurts...
Anybody know of any sites streaming this? I know it's unlikely, but I don't have a television in my dorm and would love to watch the game.
For those of you who are saying that the OFFSEASON is over... didn't we already play against San Jose... twice...?
It's good to see Wondo get involved and score a nice first touch goal, the Dynamo will need him to contribute this season. After that second goal Sydney has been phoning it in.
Man, Dynamo having a nice game. Those first 2 goals so quickly. LMAO. I missed them, but just caught the replay of them in the 2nd half. forgot about this game, was about to go to sleep. but will watch for a while.
I was DVR'ing the first half, and then I find out at the end of the first half that my DVR was doing an auto upgrade, so I only saw the first goal once I rewound. Then I watched the second half live...good to see some Dynamo action tonight. And I'm gonna try to get into the UEFA stuff as well.
